As you can see in the video this was a large scale project. We were able to save Mark Moceri of Judd Industrial thousands of dollars vs. replacing this folding neck trailer.
MAJOR REPAIRS BREAKDOWN
- Replacement of the diamond plate sheet metal on the main deck floor
- Rebuild all hydraulic cylinders
- Replace hydraulic hoses where necessary
- Remote mount all air brake and suspension control valves to areas that can be accessed WITHOUT jacking up the trailer
- Rebuild complete air system for optimum performance
- Simplify air brake system
- Rebuild hydraulic valving and lines to allow hyd. power supply from onboard engine or to be switched to side rail mounted bulkhead fittings to be supplied from tractor wetline system
- Complete sandblasting
- Industrial Epoxy - Industrial Polyurethane-Automotive high gloss outer topcoat paint job
- Complete new wiring and new LED lighting
- Refinished Steel Wheels with Industrial High Gloss Finish
