Heavy Frame Repairs

Here are some photos of the entire lower center section being replaced in an older Benson.  Every Aluminum Frame flatbed trailer that we have fixed has been similar in the fact that all the fractures started at the hanger or crossmember flange bolt holes.

 We have designed a way to mount suspension hangers without drilling holes through the bottom flange. Even after the main frame  literally breaking in half, we have repaired these trailers and installed the suspension without the flange bolts and have had ZERO failures.
